German Civil and Commemorative Badges

The wreath is oxidized silver with black enamel. It is patent marked GES. GESCH. in stamped letters on the back of the badge. It is maker marked DESCHLER & SOHN MÜNCHEN 9 on the back of the separately applied spring pin closure.  It is number 36315

It measures 30.5mm in diameter.

There is some slight wear to the black enamel at the high points, and general tarnish from age.
