Here is a view of the back. This patch was for the Kiel port district. This is a very scarce insignia in this condition.

This is heavy gold bullion wire on blue wool.

It measures 90mm (3-1/2 inches) in diameter.

The overall condition is used, removed from a uniform and still in near excellent condition.

Here is a view of the back. This patch was only worn for a very short period of time, prior to 1933, when it was replaced by the armband. This is a very scarce insignia in this condition.
