This was an event pin for the celebration in Berlin for the Foreign Exchange (Colonial) students (Volksbund für das Deutschtum im Ausland). The event was held on 10 September, 1939 in Berlin. There was an earlier event held in 1933 for the same group, also in Berlin. It is not clear which one this pin was for.
