It is separately applied on 1/20th 10K gold on STERLING silver, with the US Marine Corps eagle globe and unfouled anchor emblem. The ring has the motto SEMPER FIDELIS and U.S. MARINES on the face, as shown. It is maker marked with the H-H Hilborn & Hamburger eagle and content marked as above.
